Sure, you can check out websites to explore areas of study and admission requirements. But that’s only the start. It’s the homework you do that narrows field among schools.

How many colleges should you visit? When should visit? How do you prepare for the visit? What do you do once you get there?  Who do you see?  What do you ask? Who do you talk to besides an Admissions Officer? Large university or small liberal arts college?  How do you choose?
