Dr. Jeffrey D. Wilhelm is Professor of English Education at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho.
He is the founding director of the Boise State Writing Project which supports over 1,000 teachers each year with over 30,000 contact hours of professional development.
He is the author or co-author of more than 30 books about literacy and literacy education.
In his personal life, he is a kayaker, a nordic skier, a backpacker, and he is also a big reader.
Jeff has devoted his professional career to helping teachers help their students.
