In this episode, Jay is joined by fellow RE/MAX Premier Properties' agent, Ian Hooper to discuss a timely and culturally significant topic; "The Ninth Street Divide" and systemic racism in current day and the history of Louisville housing.  If you've lived in Louisville or even visited for more than a few days you've probably recognized the de facto segregation in living arrangements along racial lines throughout the community.  Jay and Ian and review some insightful research put forth by Joshua Poe (Co-Principal Investigator at Root Research, author of Redlining Louisville, geographer, and urban planner).
