It can be easy to compare yourself to people who appear to be further along, or closer, to what you want for yourself, but take this moment to appreciate what you’ve done too.

Think of all the challenges you’ve overcome.

The learning, knowledge and experience that you’ve acquired; about yourself, life and various topics.

Recognise the resilience and strength that you’ve had to develop, so that you can stand where you are today.
