Cara Harbstreet, of StreetSmart Nutrition and a new startup, Libre Connections, joins me to talk business, investing in yourself, and mind mapping! (I had to look up what mind-mapping is, btw.) She's gone from being a new RD with a full-time job, to starting her private practice, to joining a startup incubator all in just a few years. She had an idea, and ran with it. We talk about successes and failures in business, starting something and learning along the way, and what happens when you invest in yourself (even if it's just a few bucks to get you started).
