Lost in the Jungle: 5 Questions to Ask Before Launching Your Team

In this episode I'll share a story about how we nearly launched a search and rescue team into a trackless wilderness to recover a pilot who had crashed into the jungle.  From that story, we can extract five key questions that leaders should have answers to before launching their own teams on any new mission.
