Tomorrow he would lead his lead his army to retake Burma from the Japanese.  Today he had a chance to share with his soldiers the leadership philosophy that would make that monumental task possible.  He did it with a single short story.  Here’s what he said, and how it can help you and your team accomplish the impossible, too.
