This is a controversial topic but I thought i'd explain how it can be positively addicting, now obviously addictions are bad, but if you perceive this message in the way I do, you can see how it can be used as a huge benefit. I used to be addicted to what you'd call self sabotage, drinking & poor diet, poor self talk etc, that's also an addiction...but nobody will talk about that because somehow that's normal? Get addicted to levelling up in all areas, then you'll stand out from the majority, and then you'll be told you're addicted to self-help.. which is way better than self sabotage, that's for sure.
