Worry is something that is prevalent in all our lives, unfortunately - or does it have to be? In this episode, I discussed on our Mindset Motivation call, what took place and ways we can overcome the almost-ingrained-verbiage of the word "worry." We use it almost without thinking. What are you worrying about? Can worrying change anything, add anything, do anything effective in our lives? No! It takes up time, wasteful energy, with no solutions, closures or resolutions.
