Bobby Farias believes that whenever possible, the food eaten in Hawaii should be born, raised, and processed in Hawaii. By nurturing animals naturally on vegetative forages, handling them humanely, and butchering them locally, it's more than just beef that stays in Hawaii. The movement Freas ( a champion roper and third generation cattleman) heads sees a sustainable future for ranchers, for farmers,  and for Hawaii's people.
