We realized that no matter our age, relationship status, or job situation we all go through or are going through the same things. We wanted our listeners to know that they aren't alone. Each of us has a unique perspective Morgan is a trainer (in training :)), Kaitlyn is a certified life coach, and Amanda is a Registered Dietitian.
