In this special episode, we discuss the steps you can take to begin your health journey. We start by recalling back to our earlier years and creating a list (an inventory) of our previous health challenges. We then think of the present time and create a list of our current health challenges. In the end, after we think carefully about our past and present, we then can look ahead.  When we look ahead, let's first rank those present health conditions or challenges we have. In the ranking system described in this podcast, you will begin to identify those health priorities.  These health priorities then begin to focus our attention and help to frame the beginning of our health journey going forward.
