I had the pleasure of interviewing Kelly who is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. We talked about a variety of topics and how women can stay fit during a time where people can't go to the gym.

 

Bio: Kelley Ortler: @its_kellyo I am NASM certified personal trainer. My Focus is in strength and conditioning training as well as corrective exercise training. I specialize in training clients who have goals to increase strength, increase muscle mass, lose body fat, tone etc. I also focus on correcting form, reducing risk of injury, and relieving common complications such as lower back pain. My biggest goal is to help people to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that will help them achieve and maintain their goals.
