I know I am going to push buttons with this one! (sorry/not sorry)

Like I said last week it saddens me that we are more interested in how we look than our health and we have become really good at “hacking” the body for weight loss. At first glance you might think this is good, but the focus is on weight loss and not health..... and this is scary.

I get it.... Letting go of your weight and focusing instead on your health is confronting.
But the thing is, being on any diet long term, that significantly reduces any macro nutrient, is going to cause negative effects on your body.

How many people do you know on a low carb diet (E.g. Keto)? Do they know what the risks are?... Do you?
