The cheat day is the biggest bologna ever. Eat whatever you want for a day and you can still get extremely ripped. That’s just bullshit. Yes you can eat whatever you want as long as you’re in your calorie budget, but you can’t expect to eat 3,000+ calories of junk food a week and expect to get ripped. It just won’t happen.
