Not only is a she mother to her beautiful babes Dion and Elouise, she also runs her own business in Wollongong, south of Sydney, as a Women's Circle Facilitator, Doula, Business Mentor for Mothers, Course Creator and Storyteller. 

Rachael's experiences of birth differed significantly in every way, shape and form. This allowed her to identify the need for mothers to feel supported, informed, and surrounded by love before, during and after they begin their journey of Motherhood. We talk all things Motherhood and what lit a fire in Rach to become the woman that she is today. We talk about bravery and loneliness that occurs at times throughout the seasons of Motherhood, lockdown, mental health, sleep, advice for to be or new mums or just parents in general.
