Today I am pumped to be bringing you physical therapist Kristi Barker from Saskatchewan. During this episode, she shares her story on how she dedicated herself to striving to give wholly patient-centered care, despite the healthcare system often creating obstacles in doing so, and we talk about the reason why she is on a mission to better the health and wellness industry with Reach Rehab.

We dive into how powerful education can impact someone's life that we often overlook. Kristi and I talk about the importance of staying on the same page as your client so that they do not become lost or overwhelmed by what you are saying or doing. We then tapped into the invisible component that we the health and fitness professional should know and practice.

Today, Kristi and I unpack:
- The impact powerful education has.
- Improving client care and accessibility.
- How striving to be truly patient-centered benefits both the professional and the client.
