About Today's Guest

Diana Sorokova is originally from Slovakia, which is where she began her dance journey. She started studying ballet at age 7, and by 17, she joined a professional ballet company in Slovakia. There she danced in each of their repertoire ballets as well as in some musicals and operas. Later, she studied at the Royal Conservatoire in UK. Her dance journey expanded to contemporary dance when she joined the premiere contemporary dance company in Mexico City, the Tania Pérez-Salas Compania de Danza. She has toured around Europe, Mexico and USA and spent five years in New York as a freelance dancer, experiencing different companies, participating in live events, photo and video projects, and found my passion in fitness which lead her to become a Personal Trainer.

Gaining experience in training clients on a personal level led her to develop her very specific training style, Ballerina Strong. Her training method has helped not just herself but all of her clients to become stronger, flexible, more energized, and elegant.
