We discuss their journey specializing in couples/relationships, opening their practice, and creating an online program for couples. Tarah and EJ discuss some of the main challenges that couples face and seek therapy for and why couples tend to wait for a crisis to happen before asking for help rather than seeking counseling prior to a crisis point. They discuss emotional safety in a romantic relationship and how to recover from a fight with your partner. Further, Tarah and EJ discuss some of the challenges in blended family dynamics and how to overcome those. At the end of the episode, Tarah and EJ provide tips for any couples wanting to enhance their relationship with their partner.
