After 13 years as a journalist, he joined Cirque du Soleil for four seasons as a skateboard artist performing at Madison Square Garden. We talk with Synnott about his unique skateboarding style and the side hustle that developed as a result — MODE Skateboards, which he started with his wife, Jenna.
