Have you ever found yourself in a rut?


You know that feeling when you don’t really want to do anything, except:



- Lie down on your bed.

- Or Scroll through your phone.

- Or complain about how sad life is.



Well, I found myself in that rut more than I would have liked to! 


Therefore, in this episode, I speak about something that my mentor had once mentioned to me to get out of that rut! 


I have tried to recently and the results have been incredible!
