Dr. Chiagozie Fawole is a Pediatric Anesthesiologist and Real Estate Entrepreneur.

She started investing in Real Estate during residency - when she had neither money nor time - and built a rental portfolio of up to twenty seven rental units using creative financing strategies. She recently started setting up short-term rentals using properties she does not own and added ten units to her cash flow portfolio in three months.

She is the founder of Wealthy EmigrantMD where she helps physicians and other high-earning professionals learn to generate meaningful income from Real Estate. She is based in the suburbs of Syracuse, New York where she lives with her husband and three girls.
