Study of Scripture:  Romans 8:24

Did you know that KOBE BEEF, is not about having beef – but about having faith hope and love in the power of God?

The entire world is mourning the loss of a legend.

Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gigi and seven others died in a tragic accident on January 26th, 2020. The sorrow and shock triggered around the world because of this tragedy,  has caused many of us to also “re-mourn” our own loved ones.

In today’s lesson, Preacher Man Milo reminds us  that while we are all asking God to send His Spirit to comfort us during our season(s) of grief, we must keep our minds fixed on the HOPE that we have in Jesus Christ. In this study, we take a verse- by-verse approach to the eighth chapter of the book of Romans.

This lesson could prove valuable for anyone who wants to better understand what the Bible teaches about the hope we have in everlasting life  through Jesus Christ.  Milo honors Kobe by ‘retiring’  Romans Chapter “8”  verse “24” – the two numbers that Kobe wore during his legendary two decades in the National Basketball Association.

Let’s squash our ‘beefs’  and let love win out.   We love you Kobe!!

Prayers and heartfelt condolences to  all the families impacted by this tragedy. We love you and we mourn with you!
