Study of Scripture:  Luke 10:25-37

Do you hear the “sound of the men” unified by a DANGEROUS unselfishness to break EVERY chain?

In honor of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King jr., this special edition Bible study takes a “dangerous curve” in approach and attitude.  Before arriving at the scripture portion of this lesson, this episode looks to  identify  progress,  problems and perspective specific to race relations in America.

Somehow, Preacher Man Milo finds a link between Dragonfly Jones and the Parable of the Good Samaritan; all while bringing perspective to the hurt that is at the core of the black experience in this great country.

Having a Mr. Rogers kind of moment, Milo asks if YOU will be his Neighbor – and not based on the color of your skin, but on the content of your character and the compassion of your heart.

What kind of neighbor are you?  Are you a neighbor with a heart full of contamination or compassion?  The "dangerous curve" this study places the listener on, is a journey that leads to Jesus – which is always a journey worth taking.
