Sangeeta Vallabhan has been teaching yoga for over fifteen years in New York and around the world. She enjoys training new teachers, which she's been doing since 2009. Sangeeta currently teaches classes and trainings at Yogavida NYC. Her trauma informed yoga training, solemarch, was presented at Yogavida in July and will run again at The Yoga Loft in Bethlehem, PA in November.
