In this conversation, Ryan shares the behind-the-scenes launch of her business, which almost didn’t happen because she felt the market was too saturated. But she went forward with it anyway, and 600 nannies and happy families later, she owns and runs a highly successful nanny agency. Educated Nannies earned the Red Tricycle Award for Most Helpful Childcare Agency in Los Angeles.
Ryan breaks down how to stop being a “yes” person. She was finding herself super busy but not with accomplishing anything that was moving her goals forward. So she stopped putting undue pressure on herself, creating unrealistic expectations and making up stories about what other people might think about her decisions.
