DeAnne Aussem serves as the Managing Director and founder of PwC’s U.S. Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence. She oversees 30 executive coaches that support emerging leaders within the firm, building up leadership presence overall within a company of more than 50,000 team members.

And now she is giving us the inside scoop on how she received her latest promotion and negotiated her way through asking for more resources and more money.
