Socks Whitmore (they/them/theirs) is a singer, stage and voice actor, lyricist-composer, and writer and joins me on the power to pivot podcast today to share a journey to themselves, really. We talk about being okay with being yourself and overcoming rejection, mental health issues, and the power creative minds have to come together and create some new conversations that lead to positive change.  We also talk about getting comfortable with the uncomfortable conversations that are so needed in society today.

They have performed voiceover work for the Penguin Random House children’s book Narwhal and Jelly, and has composed for original projects like We Are Here and Back to One, and the new musical The Bully Problem.
