Joel Freeman is the creator of the world class fitness program, LIIFT4, that be became an instant HIIT (pun intended) upon its release. Joel is also the co-creator of the MMA home fitness program, Core De Force.

In this episode, Joel shares his story of how he discovered fitness and the journey the led him to being a trainer for Les Mills and Beachbody. He also shared how he came to develop his passion project, LIIFT4, which combines strength training) with HIIT Cardio. As the title suggests, 4 days a week. Hence LIIFT4 is appropriately named.

He also shares tips for muscle building. strength training for runners, exercise for longevity in your later years and also eating habits and nutrition.
