This week I'm speaking with my former client, Sarah Heredia. She is courageously sharing a behind the scenes look at her journey from leaving a "successful" career where she had financial stability, security and was consistently being recognized for her work to uprooting everything she knew to follow her bigger purpose. Sarah talks about how "on paper" everything looked great but at the end of day she felt unfulfilled, overwhelmed and deeply unhappy and what she did to turn things around for both her and her family. There was a defining moment on Sarah’s journey that I know is going to speak to a lot of you.
