We are kicking off this season with a former student turned coach - E’lan Riter. She joins Michelle and Thea in a discussion about her journey to discovering the Power of Perspective.  Learn how a growth mentality over a fixed mindset can help shift perspective, and how a simple pivot in awareness can help shape a more positive environment from the inside out.   If you want to learn how to live a life of peace, patience and positivity - these incredible humans put together the perfect principles to practice… that’s a lot of P's to get to perspective! LOL!

E’lan Riter:

E’lan, a name that means “enthusiastic spirit”, graduated college in Agricultural Economics and formerly worked in the real estate industry. Her roots in California, Montana, and Alabama as well as her many travels have given her a curious and explorative perspective of the world.  She is currently preparing for a 2,650-mile trek on the Pacific Crest Trail to fulfill one of her life-long goals.

As a former student of the Positive Presence Mentor Coaching program, she has learned to use every challenge as an opportunity for growth and to live intentionally. E’lan has found fortitude within herself and challenges her students to find and utilize their unique qualities in day-to-day life. She believes that the only thing you can control is yourself and empowers students to put their best foot forward no matter the situation. Her empathetic, down-to-earth personality guides self-reflective conversations and intentional work.
