5. Approval of the Consent Agenda.

6. Public Hearing:

(A) Consideration of potential projects for which funding may be applied under the CDBG Housing, Planning, Infrastructure and Economic Development programs.

(B) Consideration of a Resolution Naming a Street within the Corporate Limits of the City of Reidsville, North Carolina as E.V. Wilkins Way.

(C) Consideration of a Resolution Naming a Street within the Corporate Limits of the City of Reidsville, North Carolina as James Cox Lane.

(D) Consideration of a Resolution Renaming a portion of Northwest and Southwest Market Streets from Gilmer Street to Madison Street as Martin Luther King Jr. Street.

7. Discussion of possible General Assembly action on Body Camera data.

8. Discussion of a City Ordinance establishing a Two-Year Moratorium on fracking with a public hearing and vote to be scheduled for April 12, 2016. (Enclosure #6)
