(B) Consideration of a Resolution Naming a Street within the Corporate Limits of the City of Reidsville, North Carolina as E.V. Wilkins Way.

(C) Consideration of a Resolution Naming a Street within the Corporate Limits of the City of Reidsville, North Carolina as James Cox Lane.

(D) Consideration of a Resolution Renaming a portion of Northwest and Southwest Market Streets from Gilmer Street to Madison Street as Martin Luther King Jr. Street.
