The message is for you, listen to it
Fear is the mindkiller and I allowed fear to get the best of me and stopped breathing
Just keep breathing
What’s pain
What is uncomfortable
Every posture has discomfort in it
Just keep breathing and you will survive
Stoicism and being prepared
I like checklists so I don’t have to remember everything
I only listen to the positive voices
Death smiles at us all.... all a brave man can do is smile back
