It's very easy to say we are going to do something. This verbal action is far easier than the mental and physical actions required to actually follow through. I try to teach my boys that 'what they do speaks far louder than what they say.' 

So a question for you is: what is it that you have said you would do, and that you haven't followed through on yet? 

Solution: Don't talk about it anymore, act upon it. Whatever it is, take action.

Follow the formula of Action, Feedback, Correction. Ultimately, is this something you feel is truly important and beneficial. If it's not, then without the wish to do it, driven by the why to do it, it won't happen. Either, find a strong enough why, or decide to let it go and move on.
