"I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness because it shows me the stars." Og Mandino

Within Buddhism they define two types of problem - outer and inner. Outer problems or the darkness, never end. We solve some and others just appear to replace them. We can, however, through understanding our mind, identify our real problems as unpleasant feelings that arise when things don't go our way.

Realistically, we define a problem as being problem when either:
1. We are not getting what we do want.
2. We are getting what we don't want.

If we can learn to find equanimity toward good and bad conditions we can live with a light heart all the time and be a shining example for others to free their minds.
