Sharon Palmer is a California based registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with more than 18 years of experience in the field of plant-based nutrition and sustainability, and she recently completed her Master of Science in Sustainable Food Systems (MSFS).  


Sharon has authored over 1000 articles for a variety of publications, including Better Homes and Gardens, Oprah Magazine, and LA Times, and she’s written two books -  The Plant-Powered Diet: The Lifelong Eating Plan for Achieving Optimal Health, Beginning Today (The Experiment, July 2012), and Plant-Powered for Life: Eat Your Way to Lasting Health with 52 Simple Steps & 125 Delicious Recipes.  


Sharon is currently working on a third book to be published this year and, until recently, she was organizing sustainability tours, travelling internationally to learn about and enjoy various cultural foods and also visiting Rescued Animal Farm Sanctuaries around the world.
