Does going vegan seem confusing, restrictive and overwhelming to you? 


Maybe have been vegan for a while, but just aren't feeling 100%.  


I've been wanting to make this video for a long time, but it's difficult to find the right wording without offending anyone. 


However, I did want to share my 'most of the time' approach to a plant-based diet which I feel works best for my physical and mental health, is sustainable long-term and a lot more relaxed when it comes to social situations and reading labels.
