Welcome back to Planet Storytime!

In this episode of the podcast, we proudly present Tom Woof and Max the Owl, an amazing children's story written by Jane Owen, who was also kind enough to provide us the narration for the story!    We also had the pleasure of interviewing Jane to learn more about her inspiration for writing the story and how  the challenges we all faced as a society in 2020 led her to getting the story published.

During our interview, Jane shared the impact her great grandfather, legendary book editor, Max Perkins played on her career in public relations as well as his connection to Jane's character, Max the Owl.    Max Perkins discovered Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, and Thomas Wolfe, among others, and this passion for writing has been passed down thru the generations to Jane.
