Business is about having connection with people, and there is no better way to connect with others than through stories and shared experiences.

So how do you share your story in a way that creates a safe space for others to say, "Me too"?

For the 2021 BYOB Summit, I had the chance to interview Dai Le who is the founder of DAWN Media Productions. She advocates for diversity and inclusion through her various roles as Independent Councillor at Fairfield City Council, Director on the NSW Local Government Board, Ambassador for Fairfield Relay for Life, and more.

Dai was a former award-winning journalist, film-maker, and broadcaster with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Using her two decades of storytelling experience, Dai founded DAWN, a social enterprise of professional thought-leaders whose mission is to encourage humanity, collaboration, and inclusiveness in the workplace and business.

Tune in to this episode to learn from Dai on how you can create impact through the power of storytelling, and connect with your audience on a deeper level!
