May today the celebration of earth, be one of reverence to our friend, beloved, and parent, Mother Earth. Happy world environment Day!
Mother earth- she is a good soul to fall in love with.
In her is every form of love we aspire for - A friend, a beloved and a parent.
The rocks, the trees, the stream, the flower, the bee, the bird, butterfly, the scents of the wild and the colors of the changing seasons - The spirit of our great earth courses through them all.
Her breeze flows into us as our breath;
her waters are our blood and tears;
her soil, our flesh and bones;
her fruit and grains, our radiant skin.
From her womb all emerge
And to her depths we return.
In her we are one - The kings and beggars,
the black, yellow, white and brown,
like various flowers that fall from the trees.
She is Dhara.
She is Pachamama.
She is Gaia.
Love her and let her be
