Solo in the City focuses this week on matchmaking and Cheryl discusses her own experiences using their services and even has her personal matchmaker on the show.

Natacha Noel of Absolute Bachelor Club, Cheryl's personal matchmaker, joins Solo in the City to explain how she fell in love with a job that became her calling, and explains how exactly she works to create such perfect matches.

At the Love Table Cheryl and Natacha are joined by Carlos Zappien of Fitinyourdress.com, and together they discuss how to be confident with your body and self when entering the dating scene.

As always Cheryl keeps you current by letting you know where to get out and get social with the KISS calendar!

Finally, on "Let's Have a Quickie", Cheryl has a conversation with Singer Chantal Chamandy about why she presented the idea to Cheryl to get a matchmaker.
