This week on Solo in the City, Cheryl talks about when Solo in the City was just starting out as an evolution of 365 Days to Find Love, and how it became what it is today.

Dr. Laurie Betito joins Cheryl and they reminisce about the early days of Solo and how it started as Dr. Laurie encouraging Cheryl to do a segment on her CJAD staple radio show "Passion".

Next, Cheryl has a discussion with film designer Zoe Sakellaropoulo who was on a similar path as Cheryl in 2012. A ladies trip to New York ended up seeding the idea that became Solo in the City.
