On Episode 35 of the Philosophical Weightlifting podcast I was joined by James Tatum. James is an American Weightlifter who has done incredible things in the 77 and 85 kilo class. One lift that stands out is James’ double bodyweight snatch at 160kg weighing 80kg. James has also made world teams, won national medals, and released a book on general physical preparedness.
This was an awesome show and so much fun to record in person with these guys. Thanks for listening and if you enjoy what you heard give us a like, share, and subscribe for future episodes.
