On Episode 32 of The Philosophical Weightlifting Podcast I was joined by Dani Tocci. Dani is an American weightlifter and a mental performance coach.
In this episode Dani and I cover many topics revolving around the field of sport psychology. We discussed what weightlifters can do to get the most out of: each training session, time between competitions, and over their athletic careers. We also get into ritualization, visualization, superstition, and the roll each concept plays in performance.
Dani is a wealth of knowledge and I had a blast recording this episode. Enjoy!
