On Episode 25 of The Philosophical Weightlifting Podcast I am joined by Kyle Dosterschill. Kyle is an American weightlifter in the 94kg class and a strength and coach at his gym Hunger in the Wild.
In this episode I mostly interview Kyle, briefly touch on his approach to programming and developing weightlifting technique. The majority of the show looks at his upbringing in the sport of weightlifting, his influences, what he has struggled with in the sport, and much more.
This was a heck of a show. Kyle has an incredibly backstory that everyone should hear. I had a blast recording this episode and I hope you enjoy listening to it just as much. There was ~15 minutes where the audio was very poor quality, but it is still completely understandable.
