Ashley Mann is a Fur Mom & Certified Professional Coach, and business owner of Level 8 Coaching.

She received her training and certification through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching from 2020-2021.

Prior to becoming a Professional Coach, Ashley worked in healthcare, with 17 years as a dental hygienist.

She has an extensive international background and has lived in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Thailand, England, Hong Kong, and Bermuda. Ashley and her husband, and their French Bulldog Ziggy just moved to Florida after living in Bermuda for the past 13 years.

Ashley is most passionate about helping those in the healthcare industry overcome burnout, and navigating the unique stress that comes along with the profession. However, as an expert in transitions, she loves working with everyone she can help not only survive, but THRIVE during change.
