For anyone wondering about the day-to-day experiences of a public school teacher and administrator, this is the episode for you.  Dr. Alli Martin, vice-president at a middle school in Utah, speaks to some of the challenges facing teachers today that are not present in training.

She recently finished a dissertation on the balance of inclusion of LGBTQ students (to prevent episodes of depression, anxiety, and suicide) with others who claim such actions are directly offensive to them, due to their own religious beliefs or preferences.  Alli is also Casey's older sister.
