Beverley Johnston is an internationally known percussionist on faculty at the University of Toronto. Her concerts often feature dramatic and theatrical elements, making her unique in the field.
She has released several CDs, and been on faculty at percussion seminars all around the world. In 2009 she was given the distinction of becoming an Ambassador of the Canadian Music Centre in honor of her exemplary commitment to the performance of the music of Canadian composers.
