In this episode of People with a Passion, Andrea and host Craig Rowe discuss mental health and overcoming depression. Andrea talks about spirituality and spiritual contracts, reincarnation, intuition, aromatherapy, individual courage and her life coaching.

Andrea Powles-Gullick is one of the most courageous woman you are likely to meet. At various points in her life's journey she has experienced adversity including the diagnosis and treatment of her new born diagnosed with a blastoma upon birth. Thankfully her family over came that situation only for her to then experience the loss of her first husband in a car accident. Widowed and internally churning and wanting to join her husband, Andrea had to make some of the toughest decisions in her life.

Depressed and questioning her own worth, over time she developed, adopted and implemented tools to help her deal with her adversity. That was over a decade ago, now she is on path to help other women deal with similar experiences, while knowing her fragility may always be only one adverse life experience away.
