Melissa Haupt is a successful female entrepreneur who built a multi-million dollar brand, before re-assessing her business and life priorities.

In this episode she explains why she sold her business and has undertaken the passion to help a new generation of leaders improve employee engagement in the work place.

A dedicated and motivated executive with extensive experience including Retail Operations, Sales, Account Management Melissa has a degree in Business and has had success in both Australia + USA.

In 2013 she launched Lily Anne Jewellery + in 2016 added a sister brand, Lily Anne Beauty. In 5 years grew from concept to 20+ Full time staff and 2000+ sales consultants with $14M in sales within Australian and NZ market. With an annual turnover close to $4M per annum.  Seeing an opportunity to help other businesses learn from her experience, she decided to sell her company and now mentors and helps other businesses better engage their employees.

With a strong background in leadership, operations and business strategy together with successful entrepreneurship, Melissa now helps other business leaders better understand, manage and actively engage their work force.
